If you want to spend your holidays on Lemnos, our site offers you a range of Lemnos hotels.
Lemnos is a Greek volcanic island in the Aegean Sea. The island is not much popular among tourists, which makes it more charming: quiet vacation, the real Greece without tourist bustle. But Lemnos has everything for a comfortable living: good hotels, lots of sights, shops, and restaurants.

The main towns of the island are its capital Myrina, port Moudros, archeological sight Poliohni and Kotsinas where the ancient castle can be found.
The capital of the island, Myrina, was founded by the Persians in the 6-th century BC. Its name is derived from the name of the wife of the first king of Lemnos. The northern part of the city is full of restaurants and nightclubs that you can visit. It’s probably the only noisy place on the island. On our site, you can find everything about hotels and living conditions in Myrina to book a room for the time you will spend there.

Moudros is the second port and a former capital of the island. It is situated to the south-east from Myrina on the cost of the bay of the same name. Among the sights of the city, the most outstanding one is the church of the Annunciation.

Although Lemnos isn’t the most popular place for tourists in Greece, it has marvelous beaches. They are one of the best in the north-eastern part of the Aegean Sea. The majority of the beaches are near Myrina: surrounded by the volcanic rocks Agios Ioannis, pure Avlonas, picturesque Thanos Beach, well-equipped Platy Beach and Romaikos Yialos where you have lots of opportunities for different water sports.

On the peninsula near the capital, you can find a deserted Byzantine fortress Castro. On the opposite hill, a Greek Orthodox church is situated. It is also a very interesting archeological museum on the waterfront in which a rich history of the island is displayed.

Wish you to have a great time at this amazing place!
